JK-Action provides CPR, AED, First Aid and Blood Borne Pathogen training in Manassas, Woodbridge, Prince William, Fauquier and Northern Virginia. The instructors, Jane O’Brien and Karen Ruble, offer American Heart Association (AHA) courses to healthcare providers and the community.

The instructors’ comfortable teaching style allows the student to learn in a very stress-free environment. Clients trained include businesses, fire and rescue personnel, local police, local hospital, doctor and dental offices, daycare providers, summer camps, community organizations and individuals who want to be prepared in case of an emergency.
